A SYSTEMATIC META-ANALYSIS OF AFLATOXIN B1 PRESENCE IN RED PEPPER

Aflatoxins are one of the pollutants that can be isolated from dried food products, especially spices. Since red pepper is most consumed spices all over world, this research aimed to estimate prevalence and concen-tration aflatoxin B1 (AFB1) in different with help a systematic review meta-analysis. Therefore, articles published between January 2000 December 6, 2020, were systematically collected four well-known databases. In context, 10 containing 455 samples total among 981 included meta-analysis according determined inclusion exclusion criteria. According analysis results, AFB1 studies was as 50.8%.
